Gregory Dorsey Portfolio Manager Mr. Dorsey joined the Leeb Group in 2004, and currently serves in the capacity Portfolio Manager and member of the Investment Committee. His focus includes the natural resources sector, income investments and small capitalization stocks. Gregory has spent 20-plus years as a portfolio manager, equities analyst and stock market commentator for several award-winning investment newsletters. Prior to joining the Leeb Capital Management team, Gregory ran an investment management firm which he founded, offering clients customized, tax-efficient portfolio management services. Earlier in his career, Mr. Dorsey spent more than a decade as a newsletter editor at one of the nation’s leading investment publishers. There, he researched stocks and provided readers with in-depth analysis of undervalued small stocks and general investment advice. In the process he became adept at boiling down complex, often arcane issues, into concise, easy-to-understand language, a rarity on Wall Street these days. In addition to his duties at Leeb Capital, Mr. Dorsey currently serves as editor for several Leeb Group publications. Mr. Dorsey has been frequently quoted in the press, including Barron’s, Investor’s Business Daily, Money Magazine and numerous syndicated columns in newspapers nationwide. He has also provided his views on the stock market and the economy as a guest on many television and radio programs and at investment conferences around the country. Mr. Dorsey holds a B.A. degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of Delaware. |
