Stephen Leeb, Ph.D. Founder and Research Chairman
Dr. Stephen Leeb is a recognized authority on the stock market, macroeconomic
trends and commodities, especially oil and precious metals. As Chairman and Chief
Investment Officer of Leeb Capital Management, Dr. Leeb combines his knowledge of macro-economic trends and current market conditions with detailed information about specific companies he follows in order to guide the Committee's investment decisions. Genia joined Leeb Capital Management in 2001, and currently serves as a Portfolio

Gregory Dorsey Portfolio Manager
Greg joined Leeb group in 2004, and currently serves in the capacity of Portfolio
Manager and member of the Investment Committee. His focus includes the natural
resources sector, income investments and small capitalization stocks. Mr. Dorsey
has spent 20-plus years as a portfolio manager, equities analyst and stock market
